Elite Storm Systems is committed to providing an exceptional product in the timeliest manner possible. To achieve this, the ordering process requires a confirmation from the customer before processing begins. Once you have completed the New Customer Information and received your Customer Number, you can place your first order at any time by following these steps:

Step 1:  Fax/Email a completed Order Form to Elite Storm Systems.

Step 2:  Within 24 hours or by the next business day, you will receive an Acknowledgement of your order via fax. Compare this Acknowledgement Form to your original order to ensure that we have interpreted your Order Form correctly.

Step 3:  If the Acknowledgement Form is accurate, sign the bottom and fax it back to Elite. Once the signed Acknowledgement Form is received, your order processing will begin. If you have made any changes on the Acknowledgement Form, we will make the adjustments and fax a revised Acknowledgement Form to you for signature. 

Step 4: Once your order is scheduled for delivery, you will receive a notification via email or telephone to let you know that your order is on its way. When you receive the order, verify that your order is complete, then sign the paperwork. When you sign for the order, you are stating that you have received the complete shipment according to your order.
